These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Damini Learning Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"), incorporated under the laws of India.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the same amount unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Subscription prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice.
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable. Refund requests can be made at Support.daminiplus@gmail.com.
If a free trial is offered, it is available to new subscribers only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel trial offers at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Damini Learning Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including loss of data, exam performance, or interruption of service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
